Sue Chandler is an education consultant, mediator, and author of The Relational School, partnering with school leaders to design relational frameworks, strengthen educator capability, and build cultures where wellbeing and engagement can thrive.

With more than three decades of experience across teaching, counselling, educational leadership, and conflict resolution, Sue brings deep expertise in helping schools move beyond behaviour management toward coherent relational cultures grounded in safety, care, and shared responsibility.

Through her consultancy, Transformative Schools, Sue works alongside leaders to design engagement and wellbeing frameworks, build educator capability, provide leadership coaching and mentoring, and facilitate restorative mediation in complex relational situations.

Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable cultural change is achieved not through programs alone, but through deliberate leadership, thoughtful design, and relationally aligned systems and practice.
